The Sympathetic Metabolism of an Island
, guides visitors through stages of distance, longing, reaching, absorbing, and letting go as they find themselves positioned in different locations on the island. Visitations explores island as figuration and geological figure, while reflecting upon how we parse the world into barriers and borders, both actual and metaphorical.
